Your responsibilities
- Define the global marketing strategy, strategic priorities, and product portfolio focus across assigned product groups, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and growth objectives.
- Continuously analyze market trends, competitive activities, technological developments, clinical evidence, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Develop, validate, and continuously refine value propositions, target customer segments, and product positioning to ensure differentiated market offerings and consistent messaging across all regions.
- Partner closely with R&D and cross-functional stakeholders to translate market and customer insights into product innovation, prioritization, business cases, and development roadmaps.
- Own the global go-to-market strategy for new product introductions, including market segmentation, positioning, launch planning, commercialization strategy, and global launch readiness.
- Lead and coordinate pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities by ensuring consistent execution across regions, defining launch packages, clinical content, and enabling successful market adoption.
- Develop and execute global marketing campaigns and communication strategies based on clinical evidence, customer needs, and differentiated product benefits to strengthen market positioning and drive business growth.
- Create clinically sound messaging, product claims, and communication materials for surgeons, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), distributors, sales organizations, and regional marketing teams.
- Provide commercial teams with effective sales enablement tools, competitive positioning materials, and value-based arguments that support customer engagement and conversion.
- Establish strong partnerships with regional marketing, sales organizations, clinical experts, and Key Opinion Leaders to understand evolving customer needs, validate strategic priorities, and strengthen market relevance.
- Collect, analyze, and prioritize customer and market feedback from global stakeholders and translate insights into actionable product, portfolio, and marketing strategies.
- Define, monitor, and analyze product performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate commercial success, optimize marketing activities, and continuously improve product and portfolio performance.
Your qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Management including regulatory requirements and product lifecycle management.
- Experience within an international medical device company is a must!
- Proven experience in product launches, go-to-market planning, campaign development, content creation, and customer engagement.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach and a strong commercial mindset.
- Ability to translate complex clinical and technical information into compelling customer-focused marketing messages.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and performance analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, solution-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
