Type of Work
- Professional and personnel management of a motivated team
- Support and advice for a demanding client portfolio
- Responsibility for client accounting/payroll mandates
- Completion design and advice
- Establishment, conversion and restructuring of companies
- Succession arrangements and planning
- Restructuring and business development
- Business consulting and business valuations
- Preparation of pension plans
- Advice on financing issues including preparation of necessary documents
- Participation in the strategic further development of the company

Requirements Profile
- Further training as a fiduciary expert, certified auditor, certified tax expert or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the fiduciary or consulting environment
- Enjoyment of entrepreneurial issues and client contact
- Leadership experience or clear potential for a managerial role
- Independent, solution-oriented and responsible working style
- Communicative personality with a professional appearance
