We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for the preventive, conditional, and corrective maintenance of our industrial equipment to ensure their availability, reliability, and performance. You will diagnose faults, ensure a rapid restart of installations, and actively participate in continuous improvement actions, while respecting safety, quality, productivity, and 6S standards.

Maintenance Technician

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Strictly respect and apply SUVA rules, lockout/tagout procedures (LOTO), and work standards during any intervention
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and 6S in maintenance areas and restore equipment condition after intervention
• Carry out maintenance interventions on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, automated equipment and vision/control systems
• Methodically diagnose faults, restore operation as quickly as possible, and secure the restart of production
• Contribute to solving quality issues related to equipment and implement defined preventive and corrective actions
• Perform preventive and conditional maintenance according to the defined plan, identify deviations and report any anomaly requiring action
• Accurately complete intervention reports in DIMOmaint: symptoms, diagnosis, cause, actions taken, parts used, and recommendations
• Apply and respect instructions, standards, machine parameters and settings; propose improvements based on feedback
• Ensure a structured handover at the end of the shift: ongoing faults, risks, work to continue, and priorities
• Contribute to maintaining the pace and standard cycle time by identifying and addressing technical deviations impacting OEE

Your profile:

• Completed training such as CFC Automatician, Polymechanic, BAC+2 or equivalent training
• Solid basics in mechanical and electrical maintenance; good knowledge of automation, pneumatics, and vision systems
• Good mastery of reading electrical diagrams and technical documents, diagnostics, and machine adjustments
• Ability to take charge of new equipment, technologies, and technical problems with autonomy and method
• Excellent team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively in an international and multilingual professional environment
• Languages: good command of French, German and/or English

Work organisation:

• Weekend team: working days: Friday, Saturday and Sunday
• Hours: 05:00 – 17:00 or 17:00 – 05:00
• Weekday team: working days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 05:00 – 13:30 or 13:30 – 22:00
