Head of Spitex (inhouse) 80-100%

• You contribute to ensuring that our residents/pensioners enjoy professional care and support daily at the Giesserei
• You advise and accompany our residents/pensioners and their relatives with a lot of heart and empathy
• You conduct needs assessments with RAI-HC according to the care process
• You independently maintain care documentation and create the daily individual care plan
• In the daily care of our residents/pensioners, you get involved and support the care team, office share approx. 60% / care approx. 40%
• You mainly work weekdays during the day shift; if needed, you are available for night shifts and also on weekends
• The notification to the canton with the professional practice permit (BAB) is submitted by the company
• You work interdisciplinarily with doctors, health insurance companies, and other healthcare institutions
• You have purely professional and no personnel management

• Training as a certified nurse HF or FH
• You have already completed the interRAI HC (Home Care) courses as well as leadership training
• Several years of professional experience in Spitex care is a basic requirement
• Good RAI knowledge in interRAI HC is required
• You are used to working independently and can handle the daily challenges that everyday care brings
• Structured work is your strength, and organizing and managing everyday life efficiently is no big challenge for you
• Very good oral and written German skills
• You have good PC skills and find working on the computer easy
