Your Tasks:
- Quality check of loan applications to ensure that the requirements of the B2B customers are met
- Independent processing of loan applications including recording/mutations of the transactions in the inventory system (Softlink & Finnova)
- Creation of relevant customer documents (especially contracts, payment promises, creditor changes)
- Clarifications and correspondence with the parties involved in the credit business (especially notaries, land registry offices, other banks)
- Maintenance and further development of existing processes and guidelines
Your Profile:
- Commercial basic training (EFZ) or equivalent training with at least 3 years of banking experience (excluding training period), of which at least 2 years in the financing sector (sales or processing)
- High IT affinity and very good user knowledge of the MS Office suite as well as ideally Finnova knowledge
- French and/or Italian language skills are an advantage, but not a requirement
- Team player with a pronounced customer and service orientation, as well as very good communication/dialog skills
- Structured work organization with initiative, high quality standards, reliability, and willingness to change/adapt
