- Visit patients and provide pastoral care (conversations, rituals);
- Organize hospital services and other religious celebrations;
- Participate in interprofessional collaboration;
- Provide on-call service.
Requirements - Completed theological studies;
- Further training in specialized pastoral care (e.g., CPT, LOS) or willingness to complete such training;
- Professional experience in church work and ecumenical openness;
- Enjoyment of contact, careful handling of other people, empathy, resilience, loyalty, confidentiality, ability to work in a team;
- Willingness to undergo regular supervision and further training. Information
