Yousty.ch is the leading vocational training portal in Switzerland and supports young people on their path into the professional world. In this versatile role between finance, administration and business support, you ensure that our numbers are correct and the processes run smoothly.

Your tasks 💥

• Invoicing from contract management as well as accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
• Dunning and debt collection
• VAT returns and assistance with quarterly and annual financial statements
• Reportings, analyses and support in controlling
• Support of the CFO in projects and administrative tasks
• Master data maintenance and further development of our financial processes

What you bring 🧠

• Commercial apprenticeship with federal certificate of proficiency, ideally with further training as an accounting clerk
• Professional experience in accounting, ideally with Abacus
• Good Excel skills and enthusiasm for new tools
• An accurate, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German language skills
