To support the Datacentre Team in the Zurich region, we are now looking for you as our Construction Manager HVAC for Datacentres (m/f/d). Your place of employment will be our headquarters "Connect" in Opfikon. In this role, you will actively supervise our various datacentre projects on site.

These projects are characterised by high demands on quality, safety and costs, which Implenia meets thanks to its specialised teams and innovative construction processes. Through the continuous realisation of similar projects, Implenia deepens its expertise and offers its clients excellence in planning and execution.

Your responsibilities

• Planning documents and reports: procurement and review of planning documents, reporting delays or incompleteness
• Work preparation and construction schedules: scheduling work preparations and creating construction programmes, leading contractors on site
• Coordination and control: coordinating all building technicians, ongoing monitoring of construction execution regarding quality, deadlines, environment and safety
• Acceptance and documentation: commissioning and monitoring of acceptances and technical inspections, requesting documentation upon project completion
• Preparatory work and permits: ensuring all necessary permits and preparatory work before construction start, conducting workshop inspections and accompanying the commissioning of HVAC systems

Why you will succeed

• Completed practical training in the HVAC field
• Experience as an HVAC assembly manager on larger construction sites or experience as a construction manager in the execution of building technology projects
• Team-oriented, cooperative personality, able to take responsibility
• Ability to implement high project quality without neglecting deadlines and costs
• Familiar with the general contractor environment
