Do you want more than just a construction site?
With us, you combine craftsmanship with responsibility: You work actively on the construction site and take on tasks in the office – from organization to customer contact. We are a well-coordinated team, specialized in renovations in the small to medium range, often for private clients. No anonymous large construction sites, but varied projects where you create visible results and have direct influence. You can expect modern work tools (tablet, digital processes), well-equipped company vehicles, and you can think along, participate in decisions, and develop further.
- Independently perform plastering work from A to Z (inside & outside)
- Collaborate in the team and take responsibility on the construction site
- Organize and lead projects (preparation, scheduling, costs, quality)
- Professional support in the office (quotations, measurements, billing – approx. 20-60%)
- Personnel and material planning as well as coordination of all involved trades
- Direct customer contact and solution-oriented consulting
- Participation in the training of apprentices
- Trained plasterer with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) with high expertise and experience, preferably as foreman or project manager
- Ambitious to take on responsibility and develop further
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented
- Strong in customer contact and consulting, organization
- Team player with assertiveness
- Driver's license category B
