As our Office Manager in Zug, you’ll take full ownership of the workplace and ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll be the first point of contact for stakeholders such as investors, while also supporting the team with administrative tasks. Beyond classic office management, you’ll assist with people processes and coordinate events and meetings giving you plenty of room to showcase your organizational skills, creativity, and initiative.
In this role, you’ll truly own the office: welcoming guests, managing facilities, organizing memorable team events, and shaping an outstanding employee experience.
YOUR MISSION:
Please note: This is a fully onsite role in our office in Zug.

Ensure smooth daily office operations (kitchen supplies, mail, first point of contact for issues)

Welcome guests, manage reception, calls, and general admin tasks

Oversee our info mail account

Organize team events and company parties (e.g., apéros, summer and christmas party)

Handle office budget, supplies (food and beverages), and coordinate with facility management and landlords

Support employees with meeting coordination, travel planning, and ad-hoc projects

Assist our people team: coordinate interviews, support onboarding/offboarding, and small admin tasks

Help shape the office culture and be our feel-good manager
YOUR PROFILE:

You have gained initial experience in office management, or have commercial background in hospitality, event management or gastronomy

You love organizing, planning and taking ownership

You have strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities

You have excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal

You are solution oriented and have hands-on “we can do it” mindset

You have strong interpersonal skills, such as friendly and an open communication style

You are a team player willing to take ownership in challenging situations and work proactively towards common goals
