Your Tasks
- Overall responsibility for the professional, organizational, and personnel management of the OR and anesthesia departments
- Strategic development and optimization of OR and anesthesia processes
- Ensuring efficient OR planning, OR control, and capacity utilization
- Leadership, motivation, and development of employees in the OR and anesthesia areas
- Close interdisciplinary collaboration with medical management, OR management, nursing, and administration
- Responsibility for quality, risk, and hygiene management
- Budget, performance, and key figure responsibility
- Participation in projects for digitalization and process optimization in the OR
Your Profile
- Completed training in health or nursing, as OTA / ATA, anesthesia or OR nursing staff
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in the OR and/or anesthesia area
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Economic thinking as well as structured and solution-oriented working style
- Confident handling of KIS and OR management systems
