Tasks

• Processing order proposals – placing orders
• Creating framework orders
• Optimising procurement
• Price negotiations with suppliers
• Negotiation and control of delivery conditions
• Maintaining the supplier database
• Entering confirmations and offers
• Deadline control for supplier orders and contract manufacturing

Personal requirements

• Completed commercial basic training with further education in purchasing
• Several years of professional experience
• Very good MS Office skills
• Native German speaker
• Good English skills, spoken and written
• Quick comprehension and interconnected thinking
• Reliable and precise working method
