You will support us with the following tasks

• Responding to oral and written enquiries from customers and providers
• Handling daily administrative tasks
• Active customer support regarding insurance
• Preparation of offers, tenders, evaluations/presentations
• Appointment support for mandate managers
• Managing administrative processes in the event of a claim

You will convince us with

• A commercial basic education with a federal certificate of competence (broker or insurance), further training as an insurance intermediary VBV; higher professional training is an advantage
• At least two years of professional experience with a broker or insurance company
• Sound expertise in the corporate client sector (property/liability insurance, personal insurance)
• An initiative, independent, efficient and careful working style
• Your resilience and flexibility
• Your high commitment and ability to work in a team
• Your proficient use of MS Office and quick grasp of the system landscape
• Your German language skills in spoken and written form; French is an advantage
