Your Tasks
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating all therapy appointments in the specialist areas of physiotherapy (outpatient and inpatient), MSK rehabilitation, geriatrics, and fitness
- Cooperative collaboration with therapists and other specialist departments
- Administrative processing including appointment management, documentation, and communication with patients
- Interface function between therapy, administration, doctors, and external partners
- Support in optimizing processes in the therapy scheduling process
Your Profile
- Completed training in healthcare or related qualification (e.g., medical practice assistant, commercial training with experience in the healthcare sector)
- Organizational talent, structured and independent working style
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Experience with appointment scheduling and administrative processes, ideally in a therapeutic or clinical environment
- Good IT skills, especially in practice and administration systems
