Team Leader: Operating Room Cleaning 80% (a)

In this versatile and exciting role, you support and relieve the operational units in our mandate as a team leader.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday 10:15 AM - 6:00 PM
2x per month weekend work

Your main tasks:

- Independent leadership of the OR team
- Assistance with personnel planning
- Support of supervisors in complying with various requirements
- Active participation in the OR cleaning team
- Deputizing for absent employees
- Direct communication with the customer on site

Your profile:

- Completed vocational training is an advantage
- Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally in hospital and OR areas
- Good written and spoken German skills
- Willingness to work weekends
- Strong customer and service orientation
