Your main tasks are
- working in the dishwashing area as well as maintenance and cleaning work in the kitchen and storeroom
- supporting the kitchen team with preparatory work (e.g. preparing and cutting vegetables, providing ingredients)
- assisting with food distribution and plating up
- helping with packing and preparing meals for our delivery service
- compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- responsibility for order and cleanliness in the dishwashing area
- depending on interest and skills, taking on further tasks in production, up to independent preparation of individual components
You have
- experience in dishwashing and kitchen area (advantageous)
- German language skills to understand work instructions and hygiene rules
- good physical condition, stamina and an efficient way of working
- willingness to work weekends and public holidays according to the duty roster
- team spirit, reliability, respectful behaviour and a high awareness of hygiene
- willingness to learn and interest in further developing yourself in the kitchen
