Technical Customer Support Turning (Diagnostic Specialist) (a)
Your tasks with us
- You are the contact person for our customers regarding technical problems with machines and provide support by phone, email, and remotely directly at the plant
- You independently take care of the preparation and follow-up of the assignments of our service technicians
- You actively assist in the creation of offers
- Close cooperation with other departments to optimise and accelerate problem-solving is also part of your duties and contributes significantly to the success of our company
Your profile
- You have successfully completed vocational training as a polymechanic, designer, or automation technician
- Several years of professional experience as a service technician as well as diagnosis and repair of complex turning machines
- Specific experience in operating, programming (ISO code), and diagnosing CNC turning machines with common controls, especially sound knowledge of FANUC and Siemens Sinumerik systems (e.g. 840D / Sinumerik One)
- You have sound knowledge in the areas of electrical engineering and mechanics
- High technical understanding, logical thinking skills, independent and goal-oriented working style, and you are a reliable team player
- Your English skills, both spoken and written, are good and enable efficient communication
