We are continuously expanding our Coop Pronto Shop and Coop Petrol Station network.
In this key position, you actively shape the strategic development of central specialist areas of Coop Pronto AG. You combine conceptual strength with operational implementation capability and ensure sustainable standards, efficient processes, and effective cross-departmental collaboration.

Head of Concepts and Pronto Logistics 100%
Responsibilities
- Strategic development of the Coop Pronto concept
- Further development of sales and production concepts with a focus on customer benefit, profitability, and feasibility
- Ensuring a uniform understanding of quality and craftsmanship throughout the area of responsibility
- Early detection of relevant developments as well as proactive adoption and management of new requirements
- Overall responsibility for quality assurance and occupational safety
- Further development of standards, guidelines, and tools for sustainable quality and safety performance
- Responsibility for managing and developing the relevant controlling fundamentals
- Strategic development of Coop Pronto logistics and ensuring economical end-to-end processes
- Responsibility for M&B processes in the areas of goods, data, and finance including ICS
- Management and coordination of relevant projects and cross-departmental developments
- Active collaboration with internal and external stakeholders as well as coordination of relevant partners, service providers, and interfaces
Requirements
- Completed studies at FH/University level, preferably in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, food technology, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable role, ideally in retail, convenience, food, or production environment
- Solid experience in strategy, processes, quality management, occupational safety, and controlling
- Good knowledge of logistics, end-to-end process management, and ICS
- Proven project management and change competence
- Entrepreneurial, conceptual, and networked thinking
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a confident manner
- Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable working style
