Head of Human Resources, Procurement, and Scanning
Tax Administration | 80-100% | Chur
The Tax Administration is responsible for collecting direct taxes in the canton of Graubünden. It supports citizens with tax matters and ensures fair and efficient tax collection. The Administrative Services Department ensures the internal administrative work as well as external contact for citizens in various areas.
Due to retirement, we are looking for a Head of Human Resources, Procurement, and Scanning for the Tax Administration, Administrative Services Department, starting May 1, 2026, or by agreement. You will ensure the smooth administrative functioning of the mail service, scan center, and telephony areas and, as the personnel officer of the department, handle personnel administration as well as various other administrative tasks.
Your area of responsibility
- Personnel officer of the department
- Leadership of the telephony, mail office, and scan center teams
- Accounts payable processing
- Procurement of furniture, office supplies, and printed materials
- Various administrative tasks
What we expect from you
- Completed commercial or equivalent education
- Experience in and affinity for human resources and budget processes
- Ideally further training in executive assistance and/or project management
- Understanding and insight into accounting
- Proven leadership experience
