You ensure that everything runs smoothly in one of the most modern data centers in Switzerland, from the air conditioning to the building automation. As a Specialist HLKS/MSR Operation, you take responsibility for the safe, efficient, and trouble-free operation of the technical systems. You think ahead, act proactively, and find a smart solution for every technical challenge.

Your main tasks:

- Operation & Maintenance: Responsibility for the smooth operation of the HLKS/MSR systems, including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Optimization: Analysis and implementation of energy and operational optimizations to increase efficiency.
- Projects: Participation in new construction and renovation projects, commissioning, and integral tests.
- Documentation: Creation of checklists, reports, and technical evaluations; maintenance of system data.
- Coordination: Collaboration with internal and external partners as well as management of maintenance contracts.
- On-call & Tests: Participation in on-call service as well as execution of emergency power and power-off tests (POT).

Your profile:

- Completed training in the field of HLKS, electrical, building technology, or automation.
- Several years of experience in the operation and maintenance of building technology systems, ideally in the data center environment.
- Solid knowledge in building automation, MSR/GLT as well as refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation technology.
- Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented working style.
- Team player, resilient, and confident in dealing with customers and partners.
- Good German skills (spoken & written), basic knowledge of English.
- Driving license category B and impeccable reputation.
