YOUR TASKS- You take on assignments at various locations and support where your help is needed
- In the care pool, you decide when and to what extent you are available and which assignments you want to take on – for better compatibility of work and private life
- During your assignments, you carry out all necessary care and support measures and document them professionally
- You actively contribute to ensuring care quality and commit yourself to the continuous improvement of processes
YOUR PROFILE
- A completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or certified Nurse HF
- Several years of experience in care (ideally in long-term care), enabling you to quickly familiarise yourself with new procedures
- Empathy and joy in dealing with people – you respond individually to the different needs of our residents
- You are mobile and preferably have your own vehicle
- Reliability and team spirit – you can be counted on!
