Your Tasks
- Ensuring a pedagogically valuable learning environment on the training ward
- Individual guidance, support, and accompaniment of trainees in their learning process
- Conveying specialist knowledge and practical skills according to the training framework plan
- Supporting the development of independence and responsibility in nursing
- Conducting reflection discussions and regular feedback rounds on learning development
- Close cooperation with the nursing school, ward management, and training coordination
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)
- Completed further training as a practical instructor (m/f/d) or willingness to complete this during employment
- Enjoyment in guiding and supporting trainees
- Ability to convey knowledge in a practical way and actively shape learning processes
- Teamwork skills, strong communication, and pedagogical aptitude
