What you will achieve

• Operating, setting up and controlling our modern production systems
• Ensuring a smooth production process
• Detecting and resolving malfunctions
• Monitoring and ensuring our high quality and hygiene standards
• Recording and reporting production data in SAP and other digital systems
• Coordinating and supporting the assigned team at the plant
• Active participation in production

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: in an industrial company
• Work experience: 1 - 3 years preferably in the food industry
• Experience as a plant operator or in handling modern production systems
• Very good technical understanding and enthusiasm for modern technology
• Digital competence and affinity for user programmes. You navigate confidently between different systems, reliably record data and enjoy working in an increasingly digitalised production environment
• High awareness of quality and hygiene
• Willingness to work shifts from Monday to Sunday
• Team spirit, initiative and a solution-oriented working style
• German (A2)
