What you will achieve
- Operating, setting up and controlling our modern production systems
- Ensuring a smooth production process
- Detecting and resolving malfunctions
- Monitoring and ensuring our high quality and hygiene standards
- Recording and reporting production data in SAP and other digital systems
- Coordinating and supporting the assigned team at the plant
- Active participation in production
What you bring
- Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
- Specialisation: in an industrial company
- Work experience: 1 - 3 years preferably in the food industry
- Experience as a plant operator or in handling modern production systems
- Very good technical understanding and enthusiasm for modern technology
- Digital competence and affinity for user programmes. You navigate confidently between different systems, reliably record data and enjoy working in an increasingly digitalised production environment
- High awareness of quality and hygiene
- Willingness to work shifts from Monday to Sunday
- Team spirit, initiative and a solution-oriented working style
- German (A2)
