Your Job

Maintenance, further development, and documentation of the QMS Support and further development of the product safety concept (HARA, hygiene, GMP)
Support in the preparation and execution of the HARA verification (preparation of relevant data, obtaining and checking verifications, ensuring the currency and completeness of the HARA documentation)
Support in the preparation of the Management System Review (data collection, KPI preparation, report draft)
Support and active participation in the creation and maintenance of raw material, auxiliary material, and packaging specifications
Support and active participation in the qualification and evaluation of quality- and safety-relevant suppliers, service providers, and materials
Planning, execution, and follow-up of internal audits
Preparation and accompaniment of external audits (customers, certification bodies, authorities)
Independent implementation of SAP Q projects (integration of error messages, automation of processes in SAP)
Support in projects from the perspective of quality management and product safety
Training and raising awareness of employees on quality and hygiene topics
Participation in the continuous improvement of processes and standards

Your Strengths

Professional training: Completed studies (e.g., Life Sciences, engineering, or similar) or professional basic training with specific further education in the field
Quality management and product safety systems
Further training as a specialist in quality management and product safety systems
Minimum professional experience: 5 years in the same or similar function
Independent and proactive working style in the implementation of tasks and projects
High motivation, persuasion, and enthusiasm in a matrix organization
Strong leadership skills without direct line responsibility (Leadership by Influence)
Structured, systematic, and at the same time pragmatic approach in projects
Perseverance, resilience, and the ability to remain focused and calm even in setbacks
Ability to clearly present complex relationships while maintaining an overview
