Reliable Property Manager

Initial Situation

For our corporate client, we are looking to complement the team with a personable and communicative individual for property management. If you want to make a long-term impact and approach new challenges with commitment, then we are looking for you.

Tasks

In this varied and demanding position, you are responsible for the independent management of your own property portfolio, planning and overseeing renovation work, inspections and handovers of rental properties, placing advertisements, supporting tenants, clients and craftsmen, and preparing reports and budgets.

Requirements

- Successfully completed commercial basic training
- Several years of professional experience in the real estate sector
- Ideally, industry-specific further training
- Open, dynamic and sociable personality

IT Skills

Good user knowledge of common MS Office programmes

Languages

German: Native language
English: good written and spoken
