Activation Staff Member 50-80%
Your tasks
- Independently planning, organising and conducting resource-oriented activation and daily life design in group or individual activities in close cooperation with the nursing department
- Conducting excursions and events
- Co-creating seasonal decoration on the ward
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with all other areas of the operation
- Assisting in creating the annual activities programme
Your profile
- Completed training as a specialist in daily life design and activation, a comparable qualification or several years of experience in a similar role
- Organisational talent and sociable
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of diverse challenges
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
