Manager for Special Cleaning and Building Maintenance (100%)
Workplace: Headquarters in Volketswil, Zurich region
Ever-Clean, a leading company in professional cleaning services, is seeking a responsible and highly qualified specialist to lead the Special Cleaning and Building Maintenance department.
Main Tasks
- Department Management: Leading the Special Cleaning and Building Maintenance department.
- Personnel Management: Organising and supporting the staff.
- Planning: Coordinating assignments and optimising resources.
- Sales and Customer Service: Direct communication with customers, analysing their needs and selling services.
- Quotations and Order Processing: Preparing precise quotations and handling orders.
- Collaboration: Close cooperation with the Maintenance Cleaning department to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- German language skills: Fluent (at least B2).
- English language skills: Required.
- Spanish/Italian: An advantage.
- Driving licence: Required.
- Experience: Proven experience in the facility management sector.
- Personality: Responsible, organised, detail-oriented and strong leadership skills.
