Manager for Special Cleaning and Facility Maintenance (100%)
Workplace: Headquarters in Volketswil, Zurich region
Ever-Clean, a leading company in professional cleaning services, is looking for a responsible and highly qualified specialist to lead the Special Cleaning and Facility Maintenance department.
Main Tasks
- Department Management: Leading the Special Cleaning and Facility Maintenance department.
- Personnel Management: Organizing and supervising employees.
- Planning: Coordinating assignments and optimizing resources.
- Sales and Customer Service: Direct communication with customers, analyzing their needs, and selling services.
- Quotation and Order Management: Preparing precise quotations and handling orders.
- Collaboration: Close cooperation with the Maintenance Cleaning department to ensure smooth processes.
Requirements
- German skills: Fluent (at least B2).
- English skills: Required.
- Spanish/Italian: Advantageous.
- Driver's license: Required.
- Experience: Proven experience in the facility management industry.
- Personality: Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and strong leadership skills.
