What the professional daily routine looks like

• Coordination and management of bed plans in KISIM
• Planning, coordination and execution of admissions, discharges and transfers
• Reception of elective patients
• Reception and forwarding of internal and external telephone enquiries
• Management of materials and ward supplies
• Completion of general administrative and organisational tasks in the daily ward routine
• Carrying out medical-technical procedures
• Administrative and organisational support of the ward management in the operational daily business
• Shifts from Monday to Friday in the early shift

Skills and potential

• Basic: Completed vocational training as a Health Specialist (FaGe) or as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA)
• Preferably: Flexible, independent and conscientious personality with a proactive working style and efficient work organisation
• Very preferably: Strong customer-oriented thinking and a good overall view of the processes and needs in the daily ward routine
• Absolutely: Enjoyment of a lively and varied hospital routine
