Certified Anaesthesia Nurse with Vocational Training Function as of 1 April 2027

Your main tasks

• Preparing patients for anaesthesia
• Checking anaesthesia equipment before anaesthesia
• Performing general anaesthesia in collaboration with the responsible anaesthetist, assisting with all regional anaesthesia techniques
• Documenting all relevant anaesthesia data using the latest PDMS
• Providing the materials and medications necessary for anaesthesia
• Covering the ICU service during your shift
• Assisting with postoperative care in anaesthesia-specific matters
• Maintenance, cleaning, and care of the devices and materials used in anaesthesia
• You implement the training concept in the anaesthesia department and support students during their practical training. This includes introduction and learning support, managing and discussing learning documentation and progress sheets, as well as preparing educational and probation reports.
• Additionally, you conduct entry, location, and qualification interviews and regularly participate in the vocational training forum as well as exchanges with cooperating hospitals.

Your profile

• You hold a diploma as an expert in anaesthesia nursing or an equivalent qualification.
• You have completed further training as a vocational trainer and bring several years of professional experience.
• Your goal is to ensure professional anaesthesia at the highest level and patient-centred care.
• A rational, economical, and environmentally conscious use and handling of available resources while considering quality requirements is a matter of course for you.
• You enjoy working independently and contribute to a pleasant working atmosphere between patients and doctors through your audience-appropriate communication.
• Your enthusiasm for the profession and vocational training enables you to plan, manage, and support learning processes.
