Infrastructure Caretaker 100% (a)

Your main tasks:

- Conduct daily inspections of all rooms, storage areas, and coffee machines as well as their cleanliness
- Check locking systems, light bulbs, doors, sanitary facilities for proper functioning
- Perform tasks on the tenant area, customer orders, and small tasks in maintenance cleaning
- Obtain quotes
- Arrange and accompany suppliers
- Receive deliveries

Your profile:

- Completed basic vocational training EFZ in a manual field (e.g., facility maintenance specialist, building cleaner, etc.) or at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar area
- Good MS Office skills
- Very good German skills (native level)
- Good spoken English skills
- Independent, committed, and reliable work
- Friendly and well-groomed appearance
