As a modern scale-up, we benefit from the reputation and stability of the parent company. For our production, we are looking for a mechanically skilled individual as a production employee (m/f).

Your Main Tasks

In our production, you manufacture high-quality products for the paper industry. You operate and programme a robot-controlled coating system as well as a high-tech grinding system, independently process production orders, and manage stock movements directly in the system.

With your technical understanding and eye for detail, you ensure the highest quality.

Your Profile

Do you preferably have a completed apprenticeship as a Polymechanic EFZ and have already gained some practical experience? Perfect. Because we are not looking for followers, but doers. Furthermore:

• you work reliably, independently, and solution-oriented
• you like to get stuck in and take responsibility
• you have technical understanding and manual skills
• you have high quality standards and a good eye for detail
• you enjoy working with modern machines, controls, and digital systems
• you are curious and want to continuously develop professionally
• you contribute your own ideas and like to think one step ahead
• you communicate clearly and confidently in German – both on screen and in conversation
