PROGIN – Chocolaterie & Pâtisserie since 1961

For our boutique in Biel, we are looking for an upbeat, warm, and sales-strong personality who not only enjoys high-quality products but also brings experience from the gastronomy sector.

At PROGIN, we combine traditional chocolaterie and pâtisserie with a modern café matcha and to-go offer.

YOUR TASKS

• Sales and competent advice to our customers
• Sale of pralines, truffles, chocolate, pâtisserie, and cakes
• Preparation and sale of coffee and coffee specialties
• Preparation of matcha, iced coffee, and other modern drinks
• Serving our to-go offer
• Presentation and replenishment of products
• Packaging gifts and praline boxes
• Operating the cash register and working with the POS system
• Taking orders
• Ensuring a neat and high-quality appearance of the boutique
• Active sales and upselling

WHAT YOU BRING

You already have experience in sales, gastronomy, or ideally both areas.

You are used to dealing with guests, work calmly and efficiently even during busy times, and enjoy advising people and providing them with a special shopping experience.

In addition to our chocolaterie and pâtisserie, we are further expanding the areas of coffee, matcha, iced drinks, and to-go.

Therefore, we are not looking for a classic saleswoman but a personality who can be host and salesperson at the same time.
