Employee Mail Sorting (m/f/d) 50-60% (Early and Late Shift)

About the job

Introduction

For our renowned client, we are looking for a reliable and committed individual to start immediately for mail and parcel sorting in a 2-shift operation with a workload of 50-60%.
In this role, you will work together with your team to ensure that letters and other parcels are correctly sorted and prepared for further processing.

Tasks

• Sorting letters, newspapers, small goods and small parcels
• Processing parcels by hand as well as with sorting machines
• Loading parcels into machines and monitoring the sorting process
• Removing sorted parcels from machines and distributing them into the designated containers and compartments
• Opening bundled parcels and preparing them for further processing
• Correctly staging parcels and forwarding them for further processing
• Checking sorted parcels for completeness and correct allocation

Profile

• Very good German skills (at least B1)
• Good physical condition, as the activity is mainly performed standing
• Reliable, careful and focused working style
• Impeccable character (no entries in the criminal record extract)
• Flexibility for shifts between 06:45 and 23:00 in a 2-shift operation
• Willingness to work weekends
• Important: No holiday pay is possible during school holidays in 2026
