About the job
Electrician EFZ
You are often on the move and in direct contact with our customers. Your diverse working environment includes residential and commercial buildings, construction sites, as well as industrial plants. You install connections for electricity, telephone, and internet and learn to program and automate various software systems. In addition to assembling and repairing systems and devices, you are responsible for the safety of electrical installations – thus preventing accidents or failures. Your daily work requires technical understanding, manual skills, and physical effort.
Assembly Electrician EFZ
Your daily routine is varied: you work at changing locations and are in direct contact with customers. You prepare materials and tools, lay cables and pipes, install cable trays and junction boxes, connect devices, and install connections for electricity, telephone, and internet. You check that everything functions perfectly and carry out inspections to ensure the quality and functionality of electrical installations. If you like to get stuck in and be active, this profession is perfect for you.
