This is the job - Your main tasks

Responsibility for building and further developing our Defence and Security business in Switzerland.
Leading complex transformation and digitalisation programmes in the security-critical environment – from strategic conception to implementation.
Advising decision-makers at management, authority and programme levels on the further development of digital capabilities, resilient organisational models and modern IT landscapes.
Developing robust target images, transformation roadmaps and consulting approaches with clear impact for the client
Building trusting relationships with key players in armed forces, authorities and security-related organisations.
Active positioning of Eraneos in the market through business development, proposal work, Thought Leadership and the expansion of relevant topics.
Leading, developing and purposefully enabling employees with the aim of building a powerful team.

This job is for you if...

you have several years of experience in management or strategy consulting at a senior level.
complex programmes are not managed but led with clear responsibility, pace and impact.
you bring a proven track record in transformation projects in the defence, public sector or security-critical environment.
you confidently handle demanding governance structures and complex stakeholder landscapes.
you can convincingly represent strategic topics at C-level and authority leadership level.
entrepreneurial thinking, market orientation and the willingness to actively grow the business come naturally to you
you have fluent German and English skills at least at C1 level; French is a plus.

As the icing on the cake, you bring

experience in large transformation, capability or armament programmes.
a military leadership background in the Swiss Army – active or former.
proven experience in building and scaling consulting offerings.
a relevant network in the defence, security or public sector environment.
the personal maturity and charisma to visibly shape Eraneos in the market and internally form a high-performing team.
