Administrative Assistant
(HEG Student in 60% Employment)
Your tasks
- You support the manager and the economist of the Prevention and Intervention department in the daily affairs of the department
- You prepare reports, analyses, and statistics on behalf of the Prevention and Intervention department (DPI)
- You actively participate in the administrative tasks of the department
- You assist and advise the department staff in management, accounting, and finance as well as on project management issues
- You participate in cross-departmental and institutional projects
Your profile
- You have a professional/gymnasium maturity or any other training considered equivalent
- You plan to join the HEG-FR part-time training program starting September 2026
- You have at least one year of prior experience in an administrative position
- You are comfortable working with numbers and writing reports
- You have very good knowledge of Excel and are generally comfortable with IT tools
- You have a natural curiosity and enjoy challenging the status quo
- You like supporting others and actively contributing to team cohesion
- You demonstrate rigor and autonomy in a professional context
