Responsibilities

As Production Manager, your main duties will include:

• Supervising and coordinating production activities to ensure deadlines, costs and quality standards are met.
• Managing and training production teams to ensure their development and performance.
• Participating in the internal process of new product development.
• Taking part in commercial discussions and product development with clients.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and current regulations.
• Analysing performance indicators and proposing continuous improvement plans.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has:

• Significant experience in a similar role, necessarily in the watchmaking/jewellery sector.
• Excellent proficiency in CAD.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and proactively solve problems.
• Good command of French, and the ability to conduct discussions in English is an advantage.
