To support the team in hospitality, we are looking for a
Procurement & Administration Clerk
Workload 60 - 80%

Your area of responsibility with the new employer
- Introduction and assurance of a uniform procurement system
- Conducting supplier evaluations
- Maintenance and further development of systems
- Ensuring inventory accuracy within the scope of stocktaking
- Ensuring flexibility as well as reception representation
A plus for the new employer
- Commercial basic training or equivalent experience in the administrative field, ideally in procurement or logistics
- Confident handling of IT programs, ideally in inventory management
- Careful and structured way of working
- Ability to think networked and recognize connections
- Assertiveness as well as teamwork skills
- Experience and enjoyment in dealing with elderly people
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as PC skills
