Head of Finance (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF120,000 - 135,000Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for an experienced individual for a responsible leadership position in finance and accounting. You can expect a varied range of tasks with overall responsibility for central financial processes as well as close collaboration with management. In addition to leading a small finance team, you will play an important role in financial control, reporting, and the further development of the company.
Responsibilities:
You take on the professional and personnel leadership of a finance team
You ensure the timely preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER including management reports
You are responsible for financial reporting, cost accounting, and relevant key figures of management accounting
You prepare regulatory reports and ensure their correct and timely processing
You are responsible for budgeting, forecasting, liquidity planning, and rolling financial planning as well as ongoing liquidity management
You contribute to salary payments and support management with financial and strategic issues
Qualifications:
You have a federal diploma in finance and accounting or an equivalent higher qualification
You bring several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
You have sound knowledge in accounting, controlling, regulatory reporting, and liquidity management
You work very confidently with Microsoft 365, especially Excel; knowledge of Abacus, Winsure, Qlik or GRC tools is an advantage
You have fluent German skills in spoken and written form; additional language skills are an advantage
