Building construction is your vocation. Together with your employees, you implement interesting and diverse construction projects for cantonal users.

Your tasks

• Management of the Construction Project Management Department for Security and Infrastructure with 8-10 employees in organisational, personnel and technical respects
• Responsibility for compliance with costs, services and deadlines in the projects
• Supporting and coaching employees in the handling of smaller to large projects, especially in project management, procurement according to the requirements of public procurement law and political processes and procedures
• Representing the business in political committees
• Further developing the processes, methods and tools of the area

Your profile

• University degree in construction (architecture or civil engineering) with several years of professional experience, preferably in a public administration
• Further training in project management and business administration
• Experience and knowledge of the client function, especially in client-side construction project management
• Enjoyment and interest in leading, supporting and developing employees
• Broad leadership experience, natural authority and willingness to integrate into the existing management team and contribute actively
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form with good oral knowledge of French
