About the job
Excellent communicator – French and English – your experience and natural leadership are well established. You are methodical, organised and rigorous. With a positive character, you possess interpersonal skills and enthusiasm, and know how to unite and energise collaboration between teams. Result and client-oriented, managing a programme or a portfolio of projects, instilling a true project management dynamic within teams are a real source of motivation and development for you.
With a background as a Mechanical, Micromechanical or General Engineer, you have at least 8 years of proven experience on high-level cross-functional projects (factory transfer, start-up of a new workshop, industrial activity restructuring).
You are accustomed to managing change in production units (support, planning, costs, training, advice, implementation, etc.) in demanding environments within the aeronautics, automotive, machinery sectors, etc.
You have excellent knowledge of project & programme management, ideally with a certification such as PMP (PMI), Prince2, Agile, Scrum, or Hermès, as well as perfect mastery of project management tools like MS Project, Planisware, Monday, etc., and SAP.
