As a Sales & Customer Advisor, you are the central contact person for our customers in temperature-controlled food logistics. You ensure smooth processes, impress with expertise, and build long-term partnerships.
To strengthen our team, we are looking from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement for a communicative personality who combines sales and customer care from a single source – and effectively represents the F. Murpf AG brand with existing and new customers.

We – a family-run and traditional company based in Hägendorf – specialise in the transport and logistics of high-quality food in the temperature-controlled sector. We ensure the sustainable success of our company through a well-developed infrastructure, well-thought-out processes, and qualified and committed employees.
Exciting tasks await you
- You manage and develop a segment of our customer base and specifically acquire new customers for our services.
- You contribute to the company’s success by positively influencing the sales and margin targets in your area and further expanding existing customers.
- You support tenders, quotations, and presentations and conduct contract negotiations on margin targets within your customer base, in line with our company goals.
- You proactively support customer integrations with internal and external partners, thus making an important contribution to positive order integration.
- You recognise what moves your customers and implement targeted measures that measurably increase customer satisfaction.
- As a brand ambassador, you confidently position F. Murpf AG with customers and in the market.
What do you need to feel comfortable in the position?
- Completed basic training with further education in sales, marketing, or business administration.
- Several years of professional experience in active sales, ideally in the transport and logistics industry or the food sector.
- Negotiation skills, closing strength, and a pronounced sense for your customers’ needs.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, enjoyment of teamwork, and a structured, solution-oriented working style.
- Confident, engaging manner and enjoyment of personal contact with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage.
- Knowledge of temperature-controlled logistics is a plus – curiosity to learn is a prerequisite.
- Confident and experienced use of MS Office.
- Driving licence category B and willingness to travel regularly within Switzerland.
