For our finance team, we are looking for a motivated and reliable individual who enjoys pitching in and taking on various tasks in the finance area. In this versatile role, you are an important part of our finance team and, together with your colleagues, ensure smooth processes in accounts payable and accounts receivable. You take on a varied role that combines operational finance tasks with accounting activities. You will have the opportunity to meaningfully integrate new technologies and AI applications into everyday work.
Your Main Responsibilities
You take on operational tasks in accounts payable and accounts receivable and ensure correct and timely processing of business transactions.
You take responsibility for the employee expense process and support employees with questions and clarifications.
You contribute to treasury activities as well as other tasks in payment transactions.
You assist with intercompany reconciliations and netting processes.
You support the general ledger, for example with reconciliations, clarifications and ongoing accounting tasks.
You assist with the month-end closing and support the timely completion of various closing tasks.
You perform account reconciliations and clarifications and help to efficiently identify and resolve discrepancies.
You work closely with our internal finance teams as well as our shared service centres and ensure good collaboration across various interfaces.
You contribute to the optimisation and further development of our finance processes and support automation and digitalisation topics.
You take on additional operational tasks within the finance team as needed and support where your assistance is currently required.
What We Are Looking For
Completed training as an accounting clerk
Experience in subsidiary ledgers (accounts payable and accounts receivable) is essential
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Several years of professional experience, ideally in a service company with an international focus
Interest in digital working methods, automation and new technologies as well as a structured, reliable working style with a high awareness of quality
Very good communication skills in German and English
Confident and routine use of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as openness to the use of AI-supported applications
High service and customer orientation as well as confident handling of different contacts
You like to pitch in yourself, complete tasks consistently and keep an overview even with a high workload
