For Senevita Casa, we are looking for a Head of Care Quality Senevita Casa 80–100 % immediately or by arrangement

Head of Care Quality Senevita Casa 80–100 %

• You are responsible for Care Quality Management nationwide
• You develop, implement, and monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with legal requirements as well as internal guidelines
• You conduct audits and ensure regular quality controls across all locations
• You analyze quality data, identify improvement potentials, and proactively manage implementation
• You support and accompany the nursing service management in all questions of care quality and work closely with the management

• Completed studies in nursing sciences
• Solid understanding of (nursing) quality management
• Several years of experience in outpatient care, experience with Perigon is an advantage
• Experience in analyzing and reporting quality data
• You are decisive, communicative, and enjoy interdisciplinary work
• Good language skills in German and French, Italian is an advantage
• Willingness to visit locations throughout Switzerland
