• Care, support and advice for our tenants at home as well as our deaconesses in the Quelle
• Conducting needs assessments and case management
• Ensuring the care process with appropriate documentation
• Accurate recording of service data
• Collaboration with relatives, doctors, hospitals, nursing homes and other specialist agencies

This is how you convince us:

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse DN II/HF/FH
• High social, methodological and professional competence
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Up-to-date IT skills (MS Office, Carecoach)
• Independent and responsible way of working

• Short distances within walking distance (without a car) and interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration, as everything is under one roof: Spitex, residential area of the deaconesses, hospital, general practitioner practice

The Neumünster Park Residence is an operation of the Diakoniewerk Neumünster Foundation - Swiss Nurses’ School / Gesundheitswelt Zollikerberg, which covers the care and support of tenants in over 80 apartments on the premises, facility management as well as the gardening. It is also responsible for the care of the deaconesses in the Neumünster Deaconess Sisterhood.
