Production Employee AOI Inspection / Electronics SMT 100%
You have experience in programming and operating AOI systems for process control of executed SMT assemblies. You can professionally carry out re-soldering and repair work on SMT components on the assembled flat assemblies if required and assess the quality according to IPC standards. You can perform delicate
work quickly and reliably and have a strong quality awareness. The manufactured products are also manually visually inspected and checked for defects by you if necessary. Based on the documents, you can correctly carry out regular changes or necessary rework and repairs. You work proactively, reliably and achieve a consistently high quality level. The insights and results gained from the inspection processes are statistically recorded by you and passed on to the SMT team leader and the responsible machine operator.
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training as an automation technician EFZ, electronics technician EFZ or equivalent
- Expertise and training in programming and operating AOI test systems [SMT]
- Corresponding SMT electronic component knowledge
- Experience and expertise in re-soldering and repair work of electronic components according to IPC standard
- High quality awareness
- Reliable, precise and proactive working style
- Flexible availability for partial 2-shift operation
- Experience with rework systems in SMT technology is an advantage
Areas of responsibility:
- Creating, adapting and debugging AOI programmes
- Operating AOI test systems [SMT]
- Performing manual visual inspections (MOI)
- Re-soldering and repair work on SMT components on the assembled flat assemblies
- Maintaining AOI programmes and updating documentation
- Recording/creating test results for quality indicators (FPY)
- Conducting first-article inspection (FAI)
