To strengthen our team at the Clinic Davos, we are looking for a

• You are the business card of our clinic and the first contact person by phone or on-site for our patients, guests, customers, and employees
• With your empathy, friendly and helpful manner, as well as your enthusiasm, you ensure that every guest and customer feels welcome
• General administrative tasks in the front and back office such as telephone switchboard, cash management, mail dispatch / internal mail distribution, etc.
• Cross-departmental collaboration with various internal departments

• Completed vocational training in the commercial sector or hospitality
• First experience at a reception
• Native German speaker (additional languages are an advantage)
• Proactive and resilient, even in hectic situations
• Accurate working style
• Team player, good communication skills, and enjoyment of the work
• Neat appearance, confident demeanor
• Flexible with time, willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
