Integration Consultant (80% - 100%)
Many facets, much responsibility.
As a member of our integration team, you advise and coach insured individuals with the aim of maintaining their current job, promoting professional reintegration, and supporting job searches. You take on the integration planning and purposefully utilize the services of the IV office and SVA Zurich. As a link between the insured and employers, you know how to involve the important internal and external partners in the integration process. You are the contact person for questions regarding social insurance benefits and their coordination, providing employers, insured individuals, and other external partners with relevant information. Your tasks also include administrative preparation and follow-up.
You convince us both professionally and personally.
We expect a solid vocational training and several years of professional experience in a comparable position. Knowledge in the field of social insurance or human resources, as well as experience working with mentally ill individuals, is an advantage. As an open, communicative personality, you enjoy working in the field. You know how to engage with your counterpart and do not lose sight of the goal even in challenging conversation situations. You are characterized by pronounced organizational skills and confident self-management. Additionally, you present yourself professionally and can negotiate competently.
