Gebr. Knecht AG is a traditional family business with over 100 years of experience and part of the Knecht Group.
At four locations in Switzerland, we employ over 60 staff in the areas of commercial vehicles, construction machinery, bodywork, paint shop and signage.
Our customers have trusted our quality, reliability and personal service for decades.
To strengthen our team in Windisch, we are looking for a committed and reliable person to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the administrative order processing and invoicing of various services, including MFK, towing and car wash services
- Processing of creditor invoices, checking invoices and delivery notes as well as cash management
- Checking and processing time recording for the Windisch and Bassersdorf sites as well as managing holiday and absence notifications
- General secretarial, reception and back office duties as well as telephone support for customers, suppliers and employees
- Administrative support for commercial apprentices
- Support of the spare parts warehouse with organisational and administrative tasks
- Assistance in organising events, exhibitions and trade fairs
Your Profile
- Professional experience in the automotive industry or a comparable technical environment is preferred
- Technical understanding and interest in the processes of a workshop operation
- Completed commercial training EFZ or equivalent qualification
- Experience in creditor accounting and invoicing is an advantage
- Enjoyment of customer contact as well as strong customer and service orientation
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Organisational talent and networked thinking
- Confident handling of MS Office and common IT applications
- Team spirit, commitment and sense of responsibility
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
