The court staff work daily on behalf of those seeking justice to ensure an independent and efficient judiciary, thereby making a valuable contribution to legal peace.

The District Court Rorschach is the court of first instance for civil and criminal matters. Depending on the jurisdiction, a single judge or the court sitting with three or five judges makes decisions.
